USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Essential oil should only be used diluted.
Examples of use:
For mouth rinsing: 1 drop of oil in a glass of lukewarm water. Works deeply in the throat, including areas unreachable by a toothbrush.
For bath: add 5-10 drops of oil to bath water. Recommended time: refreshing bath: 15 minutes,
relaxing bath: 20 minutes.
For massage: mix 50 ml of base oil, e.g., coconut oil, with 5-10 drops of 24 herbs oil. Helps with muscle pain and relieves tension.
For sauna: add 2-6 drops of oil to the water poured over the stones. Provides well-being and refreshing freshness. Has a regenerating effect.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Essential and fragrance oils increase skin photosensitivity - after application, avoid tanning beds and direct sun exposure.
Do not apply to eyes and mucous membranes.
Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
