Instructions for use: 2 g (1/2 scoop) per day mixed with 100-150 ml of water or juice. Consume once daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.

Storage instructions: Store in a closed container at room temperature, out of reach of small children. Notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet. Intended for adults over 18 years. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
