INGREDIENTS:

SAMe, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium hydroxide, fatty acids, anhydrous calcium chloride, magnesium salts of fatty acids, anhydrous colloidal silica, calcium oxide, magnesium silicate, natural food glaze, arginine base, glycerol, sodium alginate.

Ingredients Per daily portion (2 tablets)
SAMe S-adenosyl L-methionine     800 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1 tablet 2 times a day between meals. Do not chew or crush the tablets.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

People taking antidepressant medications should consult a doctor before using this product. Individuals diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder or manic depression should avoid SAMe supplementation. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. May cause gastrointestinal discomfort.
