BETTERYOU Magnesium Sleep Spray (100 ml / 3.4 fl. oz.)

INGREDIENTS:

Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® hexahydrate magnesium chloride (water, hexahydrate magnesium chloride - concentration 28%), grape seed oil, polysorbate 20, essential oils: bergamot oil, Roman chamomile, nutmeg sage.

10 sprays provide at least 180 mg of optimally absorbed magnesium.

HOW TO USE:

Spray on the body and massage well into the skin. Ideal after a bath or before bedtime. For best results, apply the oil to clean skin. Use as needed on any body area, avoiding broken skin and sensitive areas such as the eyes. Suitable for children from 12 years of age. In case of night cramps or restless legs syndrome (RLS), apply directly to the affected area (often the calf or feet) and massage well. Can be used in combination with BetterYou magnesium flakes.
