PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

BetterYou magnesium flakes contain 47% magnesium chloride and are an incredibly effective and modern way to deliver magnesium to our body through the skin, bypassing the digestive system. BetterYou magnesium flakes dissolve perfectly in warm water. A magnesium bath relaxes muscles and joints, regenerates and rejuvenates the skin, and provides your body with the best and fastest absorbable magnesium. It adds energy, reduces stress.

INGREDIENTS:

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate (47% MgCl2 concentration).

In 1kg of magnesium flakes there is 120g of pure magnesium.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

Magnesium flakes are recommended for:
- in states of increased physical and mental effort
- for people practicing sports
- during periods of excessive stress
- difficulty falling asleep.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Foot bath: dissolve about 150g of magnesium flakes in warm water and relax for 15 minutes.
Body bath: dissolve about 250g of magnesium flakes in warm water and relax for 15 minutes or longer.
It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week.
