DESCRIPTION:

Triphala is an Ayurvedic blend of three fruits:
– Amla (Emblica Officinalis)
– Bibhitaki (Terminalia Bellirica)
– Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula)

Amla (Indian gooseberry) – primarily affects the lungs, stomach, liver, and heart. The sour taste of Amla is associated in Ayurveda with Pitta energy and the fire element. Amla is a rich source of antioxidants, flavonoids, and carotenes. It is one of the richest sources of vitamin C.

Haritaki (Harada) – has six tastes, with a predominance of bitter, which is associated with Vata energy and the air element. The fruits are a rich source of tannins, amino acids, and fructose. It also contains succinic acid and sitosterol.

Bibhitaki (Beheda) – is sweet, bitter, astringent, and warming. It mainly affects the lungs, heart, and liver. It contains 35% oils (including linoleic oil) and 45% proteins.

INGREDIENTS:

Triphala: Amla (Phyllanthus emblica), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) 100 g

USAGE:

Up to 3 g, during or after a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The product should not be used by pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children without medical consultation. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients.

STORAGE:

Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place out of reach of small children.
