MCT oil (Medium-Chain Triglycerides) is a fat composed of fatty acids with a medium-length carbon chain. It is characterized by easy absorption and rapid conversion into energy. It naturally occurs in some products such as coconut oil, palm oil, and cow's and goat's milk. It is a popular ingredient among physically active people and those on a ketogenic diet.

INGREDIENTS:

MCT oil from coconut (medium-chain triglycerides of fatty acids), isomalto-oligosaccharide, emulsifier: sodium salt of octenyl succinic starch, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Open one sachet. Add the entire contents to at least 100 ml of water or another liquid, e.g., a smoothie or coffee. Stir well and consume.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in children, pregnant women, and during lactation.
