It naturally occurs in some products, such as coconut oil, palm oil, and cow's and goat's milk. It is a popular ingredient among physically active people and those following a ketogenic diet.

INGREDIENTS: MCT oil from coconut (medium-chain triglycerides of fatty acids); capsule shell: beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol.
