Recommended dose

The recommended daily dose is 2 or 4* uses. 2 (4*) uses provide 100% of the recommended daily intake of folic acid (vitamin B9). *Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Children under 10 years should also consult a doctor. Children under 1 year should not use the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Instructions for use

Shake the bottle well before use. Aim the spray into the open mouth and spray inside the mouth or add to water, juice, or other drink. Taking folic acid on an empty stomach and together with a source of vitamin C (e.g., orange juice) improves its absorption.
