Inositol (vitamin B8) is a component of body fluids and cell membranes, participates in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates, is essential for the proper functioning of the nervous and reproductive systems, positively affects skin condition, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and also influences cellular insulin sensitivity.

INGREDIENTS:

Inositol (myo-inositol), inulin, L-leucine, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

USAGE:

Take 1 capsule with water. Use twice daily during meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
