filler: cellulose, corn starch, iron (II) diglycinate (iron), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), thickening agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glazing agent: shellac, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid, vitamin B9), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), capsule shell: gelatin.

USAGE:
