What about those allergic to corn?

Ascorbic acid is deceptive for those allergic to corn, as it is unfortunately often made from corn glucose. The ascorbic acid used in YumEarth products is of natural origin - it is derived from citrus fruits. Citric acid, on the other hand, is the most common source of corn. The citric acid in YumEarth candies is made from beet sugar.
Only our tangy Sour Beans candies contain corn starch.
