14-day return policy
As our customer, you have a 14-day return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The limitations of the return right are determined according to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act. The return right applies only to products that are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, like new, and resalable. We charge the actual return shipping costs for returned products. If the total amount of the original order falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, we will also charge the shipping fees according to the price list for the original order. Returns of defective products or otherwise incorrect deliveries approved by Bio365 can be returned free of charge.
Return instructions
Before making a return, you must contact bio365.fi customer service at: asiakaspalvelu@bio365.fi
We do not accept returns reported more than 14 days after the customer has picked up their order. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded to your account after we receive and process the return. The customer will be refunded the price they paid for the product, even if the product’s price has changed later.
If the returned product is not in like-new condition and fully resalable, the product price will not be refunded. In that case, any return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Returning via Posti
You can return your order via Posti. Please pack and cushion the shipment carefully. Include at least your name and the order number related to the return.
Returning with a Helposti code
Order a return code at posti.fi/palautapaketti by entering the shipment ID (code starting with JJFI). Return the package at any Posti parcel machine or post office.
Returning without a Helposti code
You can return the shipment through a Posti service point. Write “Customer return” and our return code 673008 on the package and take it to the post office.
Uncollected orders
Please note that an uncollected shipment or refusal of delivery is not considered a return. If the customer leaves the package uncollected and it is returned to the Bio365 warehouse, we will charge handling fees of 9.90 euros.
If the customer wants the order returned to our warehouse to be sent again, we will charge the actual return shipping costs plus the shipping costs for the reshipment.
Leaving the order uncollected does not meet the conditions of the 14-day return right and is not counted as a return of the order.
Complaints
Complaints regarding defective, missing, or incorrect products
If a product is lost during transport, damaged, or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must immediately notify our customer service of the error. Only then can we correct the mistake.
After receiving the error report, we will negotiate a suitable solution with the customer.
