Popcorn made from corn kernels is an excellent alternative to typical sweet or salty snacks. It is also a natural source of dietary fiber.
Preparation in a microwave oven simplifies the baking process and ensures crispness.
PREPARATION:
Remove the paper bag from the foil and place it in the center of the microwave, "UP" side up.
Set the power to 1000 W for 1.5-2.5 minutes; 800 W for 2-3 minutes; 650 W for 2.5-3.5 minutes.
When the kernels start popping every 2-3 seconds, the popcorn is ready.
Note: The bag is hot! When it is removed from the microwave and opened, there is a risk of burns if the steam gets on the skin. Do not reuse corn kernels and used bags!
