14-day right of return

As our customer, you have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The limitations of the right to return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, 16 of the Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to new, unopened, unused and salable products in the original packaging. We charge the actual return costs for returning products. If the amount of the original order falls below the amount free of shipping costs after the return, we will also charge the shipping costs according to the price list for the original order. Claims accepted by Bio365 for defective products or otherwise incorrect delivery can be returned free of charge.

Return instructions

Before making a return, you must contact bio365.fi customer service: kaspalvelu@bio365.fi or +358456179330 (Mon-Fri 10am-7pm).

We do not accept returns that are notified more than 14 days after the customer has redeemed their order. Once the return is approved, the money will be returned to your account after receiving and processing the return. The customer will be refunded the price paid by the customer for the product, even if the price of the product has changed later.

If the returned product is not in a condition similar to new and completely resaleable, the price of the product will not be refunded. In this case, the possible return of the product is at the customer's expense.

Return via Posti

You can return your order via Posti. Pack and cushion the shipment carefully. Please include at least your name and the order number to which the return applies.

Returning with the Easy code

Order a return code at posti.fi/palautapaketti by entering the shipping code (code beginning with JJFI). Return the package to any Posti machine or post office.

Returning without a Helposti code

You can return the shipment through the postal service point. Write "Customer return" and our return code 673008 on top of the shipment and take the shipment to the post office.

Uncollected orders

Please note that an undelivered shipment or refusal of delivery is not a return. If the customer does not pick up the package and it returns to the Bio365 warehouse, we will charge the resulting handling costs of 9.90 euros.

If the customer wants the order returned to our warehouse to be resent, we will charge the actual return costs caused by the return as well as the shipping costs caused by the resend.

Failure to pick up does not meet the conditions of the 14-day right of return and is not counted as returning the order.

Complaints

Complaints regarding defective, lost or incorrect products

If the product has been lost during transport, it has been damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error to our customer service immediately. After receiving an error report, we will negotiate with the customer on a suitable solution.
